Some important notes about using Automatic Call Back:
  1. This feature calls back the last incoming call you received. It works whether the call was answered or not answered.
  2. If you want to return the last call you placed, you should use the Repeat Dialing (*66) feature.
  3. When returning a call, if the number is busy, use Repeat Dialing (*66) and the number will be redialed at regular intervals for up to 30 minutes. During that time, you can continue to receive and make calls. When your line is free, Automatic Call Back will ring back.

*69 (redial) does not work on long distance calls.
The minutes used when activating a call back will be counted as part of your usage for the month.

If the incoming call was private, unavailable or blocked, this feature
will not function.

Call Forwarding
Call Forwarding allows you to switch your incoming calls to another telephone number, a cell phone or a pager. This way your calls can follow you
wherever you go.

To activate Call Forwarding:

  1. Press 72#.
    7 2 #
  2. After you hear a dial tone, enter the number to which you wish to have your calls forwarded. You will hear two short tones followed by ringing.
  3. When the call is answered, your request is complete and your calls will be forwarded.
  4. If no one answers, or if the line is busy, you can still forward your calls, but you need to hang up and repeat steps 1-3 . This will establish call forwarding without requiring an answer at the called number.

While your calls are being forwarded, you will not be able to receive calls; however, you can still originate calls. You will hear a single ring to alert you each time a call is forwarded, but you cannot answer the call. If the phone where your calls are being forwarded is busy, the person calling your number will hear a busy signal. Regular rates or minutes of use will be charged to you for
each call forwarded.

To deactivate Call Forwarding:
Press 73#. Cancellation will be confirmed by two tones.

Caller ID with Name
Caller ID with Name allows you to see the name and number on an incoming call. To use this service you must have either a caller ID box, or a specially equipped telephone. In some cases, the information on the incoming call may be limited due to one of the following reasons:

  • Caller Unknown – information on the caller is unavailable.
  • B or Blocked – the caller has chosen to block Caller ID information for this call.
  • P or Private – the caller has chosen to block all Caller ID information.
  • E or Error – your ID unit is unable to identify the incoming number or you picked up the receiver too quickly for the information to register.
  • Cellular, calling card, or operator assisted calls may not be fully displayed on your unit.

You may wish to block your phone number from appearing on someone else's Caller ID. To block your number, first listen for the dial tone and then press *67. When you hear a series of tones followed by a dial tone you will know your number is being blocked. Continue to dial as usual. Remember, you must repeat these steps each time you wish to block your number.

Call Waiting
With the Call Waiting feature you can answer an incoming call while your line is already in use. If you receive a call while you are on the telephone, you will hear a beep to indicate that you have an incoming call. If you wish to accept the new call, simply press either the receiver or the flash button on your phone. This will place your first call on hold while you connect to the new call. To return to your first call simply press the receiver or flash button again. You may switch between calls in this manner. If you hang up when you hear the call waiting beep, your phone will ring with the incoming call.

If you do not wish to answer the incoming call, simply ignore the beep (the person on the incoming call will hear continous ringing).

To turn off Call Waiting before placing a call:
Before making a call, listen for dial tone, press *70, then dial your call normally.
Call Waiting automatically reactivates after you hang up.
