Features Guide

Repeat Dialing
Make and receive phone calls while Repeat Dialing gets that busy number for you! With this feature, your phone will keep trying a busy number every 45 seconds for up to 30 minutes and then signal with a distinctive ring when the line is free. Repeat Dialing can also be used to redial the last call you made.

To use this feature, when you hear the busy signal, press the receiver or flash button, listen for dial tone, and then immediately press *66. The busy number will automatically be redialed. You will be connected if the line is free. If the line is still busy, you will hear a recorded message. Your phone will continue to redial the number for the next 30 minutes. A distinctive ring will let you know when the line becomes free. Pick up your phone upon hearing this distinctive ring, and wait for your call to go through.

Flash * 6 6

The same procedure is used to reconnect to the last call you made. Simply listen for dial tone, then dial *66 and you will be connected to that number.
The minutes used when activating Repeat Dialing will be counted as part of your usage for the month.

Repeat Dialing can be deactivated by pressing *86. A recorded message will confirm that the feature has been cancelled.

Dial tone  * 8 6

If your call is in an area not served by Repeat Dialing, a recorded message will tell you that the service cannot be used.

Once your numbers are stored, you simply press a code number(s) and your phone will dial the full number, assuring you speed and accuracy. An added bonus is that this feature can be used on any phone in your house that is connected to the line equipped with Speed Dialing.

3-Way Calling
Who said "conference calls" are complicated? This feature allows you to connect with two other numbers and create a three-way conversation in your own home or office. Talk with two friends or family members in separate locations, or discuss a business project with two people on the line. The procedure is simple. In order to add a third party to a conversation already in progress:

  1. Press the receiver or flash button one time. Listen for three short tones.
  2. After the tones, dial the number of the person to be added to the call. When they answer, press the receiver or flash button once to begin your three-way conversation.
  3. If the third person does not answer, press the receiver or flash button twice and you will go back to the first person on the line.

To drop the last person added and to continue your conversation, press the receiver or flash button one time.

Remember, if you are the party who added the third person to the call, everyone will be disconnected when you hang up. The minutes used while on a three-way call will be counted as part of your usage for the month, or if you are calling a long distance number, you will be charged long distance rates for the call.
